Terms of use
Last updated: 25 October 2026
The short version. Play fair, pick a decent name, and don't bet on Batmash. Coins and items are for fun inside the game: they have no cash value and can't be swapped for money. Purchases go through Google Play or the App Store, under their refund rules.
Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you and IQLEXA Technologies Private Limited, which publishes Batmash under the name INCUBICS ("we", "us"). They cover the Batmash game, its online service and this website. By playing, you agree to them and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't play.
Who can play
Anyone can play Batmash offline. To sign in and play online you need to be 13 or over. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and they agree to these terms for you.
Your account
- The game makes you a player account when you first go online. Signing in with Google lets you keep it across phones.
- You're responsible for what happens on your account, so keep your Google account safe.
- One person, one account. Don't sell, share or buy accounts.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Privacy and data. See Delete your account.
Names and fair play
Your display name and any league name you choose are seen by other players. They must not:
- be rude, hateful, sexual, threatening or about drugs or violence;
- pretend to be someone else, including a real cricketer, a celebrity or us;
- include phone numbers, links, social media handles or anyone's personal details;
- advertise anything.
When you play, don't:
- cheat, change the game, use bots, or send results the game didn't really play;
- exploit a bug instead of reporting it to us;
- attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service, except where the law allows it;
- harass other players or use invite links to spam people.
The service replays every online match from your swings to check the score. If we find cheating or a broken rule, we may remove scores, rename you, reset your account, or suspend or ban it. If you think we got it wrong, email support@batmash.com.
No betting, no stakes
Batmash is played for bragging rights only. Matches, challenges, races and leagues have no entry fees and no cash or prizes, and you must not use them for betting, wagering or any kind of gambling, in the game or outside it. Leaderboards and league tables are for fun and may be reset.
Coins, items and the Coin Pass
- Coins are earned by playing (missions, the daily chest, matches and optional rewarded ads) or bought in packs. You spend them on kits, styles and power-ups.
- Power-ups (Big Bat, Slow Ball, Double Runs, Shield) work only in offline matches against the computer, never in the daily, friend challenges, races, booked matches or leagues.
- The Supporter pack unlocks every style, now and later, on the account you bought it with.
- The Coin Pass gives you the coins you'd get from rewarded ads without watching the ads. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It keeps the same daily limits as watching ads.
Coins and items are a licence to use them in Batmash. They aren't money, they have no value outside the game, and you can't sell them, transfer them or cash them out. We may change what coins buy or how items work to keep the game balanced, but we won't take away something you've paid for without giving you something of equal value or a refund. Deleting your account deletes your coins; purchased items such as the Supporter pack and the Coin Pass can be restored from your Google Play or App Store account.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store and are covered by their terms. Prices are shown in the store before you pay, and include taxes where the store adds them. Refunds are handled by the store: Google Play (request a refund) or Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under consumer law.
If you're under 18, ask a parent or guardian before buying anything. Parents can require approval for purchases in Google Play's or Apple's family settings.
Ads
Rewarded ads are always your choice. If an ad fails to load or doesn't finish, you may not get the reward. We aren't responsible for what advertisers' ads say, but we limit ads for players under 18 to ones suitable for all ages.
Our game
Batmash, its characters, art, music, code and name belong to us or the people who license them to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play it on devices you own or control, for your own fun and not commercially. You may share screenshots and videos of you playing, as long as you don't suggest we endorse you.
You keep any rights in the names you choose, and give us permission to show them in the game and on invite links.
Changes and availability
We're always working on Batmash, so features will change. We may update, pause or stop the online service, or the game itself. If we shut the game down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice in the game. We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell you in the game, and playing after it takes effect means you accept it.
Ending things
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or that puts other players at risk.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep Batmash running and fair, but the game is provided "as is" and "as available": we can't promise it will always work, be free of bugs or keep your progress if something goes wrong. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if that's more. Nothing here limits responsibility that can't be limited by law.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please email us first and we'll try to sort it out. If we can't, the courts of India have jurisdiction, but if you live elsewhere you keep the protection of your local consumer laws and can bring a claim there.
If you got Batmash from the App Store
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for Batmash or its content, has no duty to provide maintenance or support, and isn't responsible for any claims about the game, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection or intellectual property claims. If Batmash fails a warranty that applies to it, you can tell Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. You confirm you aren't in a country under a US government embargo and aren't on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and can enforce them against you.
