Delete your Batmash account
Last updated: 25 October 2026
This page explains how to delete your account and data from Batmash, the street-cricket game for Android and iPhone published by INCUBICS (IQLEXA Technologies Private Limited).
In the game (fastest)
- Open Batmash and tap Settings on the home screen.
- Tap Privacy and data.
- Tap Delete my account and data, then Delete.
Your account is deleted from our servers straight away, and the game's data on your phone is cleared. You don't need to be signed in with Google; a guest account is deleted the same way.
Without the game
If you've uninstalled Batmash or can't open it, email support@batmash.com with the subject "Batmash account deletion" and include:
- your display name in the game;
- whether you signed in with Google (and, if you can, send the email from that Google account);
- any challenge, booked match or league code you've shared, which helps us find the right account.
We don't store your email address, so we use these details to find your account, and we may ask one more question to make sure it's yours. We reply within 7 days and delete the account within 30 days of confirming it.
What gets deleted
| Deleted | Details |
|---|---|
| Your account | Player ID, display name, sign-in sessions and the link to your Google account |
| Your career backup | Players, teams, stats and awards stored on our server |
| Your online play | Matches and swings, daily challenge scores, friend challenges you sent, live race places |
| Friends features | Matches you booked, your replies to others' matches, and your places in weekly leagues |
| Notifications | Push tokens for all your phones |
| On this phone (in-app deletion) | Your players, stats, best scores, coins, items, missions and settings |
What is kept, and for how long
- Backups: copies of our database are kept for 14 days for disaster recovery, so your data is gone from them within 14 days.
- Server logs: IP addresses in security logs are kept for up to 14 days.
- Purchases: Google Play and Apple keep their own record of what you bought. Items like the Supporter pack and the Coin Pass come back if you reinstall and restore purchases with the same store account. We don't keep purchase records after deletion.
- Game stats and crash reports sent to Firebase for players 18 and over aren't linked to your account by name and expire under Google's retention settings (14 months for stats, 90 days for crash reports). Ask us and we'll request their deletion too.
- Emails you sent us are deleted with your account, unless you ask us to keep them or the law requires us to keep a record.
A league you started carries on for its other members without you. Deleting can't be undone.
Delete only some data
- Game stats: turn them off in Settings > Privacy and data.
- Notifications: turn them off in Settings > Notifications, which deletes your push token from our server. Turning them off in your phone's settings works too.
- Sign out in Settings > Account to stop backing up from this phone.
- Anything else: email us and say what you'd like deleted.
See the privacy policy for everything we collect and why.
