Child safety standards
Last updated: 25 October 2026
Batmash has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We remove such content, ban the accounts involved and report them to the authorities. To report a concern, email safety@batmash.com. If a child is in immediate danger, call 112 in India or your local emergency number.
These standards apply to Batmash, published by INCUBICS (IQLEXA Technologies Private Limited), on Android and iPhone, and to batmash.com.
What we prohibit
Anyone using Batmash must not create, share, request or link to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), groom or sexualise children, attempt to contact a child for sexual purposes, sextort, or traffic children, or use the game or its invite links to do any of these things. This includes display names and league names. Breaking these rules leads to an immediate permanent ban and a report to the authorities.
How Batmash is built to keep children safe
- No chat or messaging. Players can't send each other text, images, voice or video. The only words other players see are display names and league names.
- Filtered names. Display names and league names are 3 to 16 letters, digits, spaces or underscores, with no links possible, and are checked against a blocklist of abusive words in English and Hindi.
- Age screen. The game asks for year of birth first. Under-13s can't sign in or play online and never get notifications.
- Protections for under-18s. No game stats collected, no tracking, no personalised ads, only ads suitable for all ages, and notifications limited to the friend features and the daily, never between 10 pm and 7 am India time.
- No personal details shared. Other players see only a display name and scores, never an email, phone number, photo or location.
- Friends by link only. Booked matches, leagues and private races are joined through a link that a player chooses to share.
How to report
- Email: safety@batmash.com. Tell us the player's display name, and a challenge, match or league code or a screenshot if you have one. Please don't send us images of abuse; describe what you saw instead.
- In India: report child sexual abuse material at the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, cybercrime.gov.in, or call the cyber crime helpline 1930. For a child who needs help, call CHILDLINE 1098.
- Anywhere: the US National Center for Missing & Exploited Children takes reports at report.cybertip.org.
What we do with a report
- We review child safety reports first, within 24 hours.
- We remove or rename offending names and suspend the accounts involved while we look into it.
- Where we find CSAE, we ban the account permanently and report it to the relevant authorities, including the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal in India and, where required, NCMEC. We keep the evidence the law requires and give it to law enforcement when they ask.
- We tell the person who reported it that we've acted, without sharing other players' personal data.
Complying with the law
We comply with child safety laws that apply to us, including India's Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Our child safety contact
