Common questions
How do I play?
Tap Settings > How to play for a quick practice round. Swipe to bat: when your finger moves decides timing, the direction decides where the ball goes, and a fast flick goes in the air. Prefer buttons? Switch to Pick shot or Tap controls in Settings.
I got a new phone. How do I get my career back?
On your old phone, sign in with Google in Settings > Account so your career is backed up. On the new phone, install Batmash and sign in with the same Google account. If both phones have different matches, the game asks which career to keep.
Why do I need to sign in?
You can play practice and offline matches without signing in, with 5 matches a day as a guest. The daily challenge, friend challenges, live races, booked matches and leagues need sign-in, so your scores are yours and can't be faked. Players under 13 need a parent to sign in.
A challenge, match or league link won't open
- Challenge links work for 7 days. Ask your friend for a new one.
- Booked match links stop working once the match is called off or over.
- If the link opens this site instead of the game, install Batmash, then tap the link again.
I bought something and didn't get it
Close and reopen the game while connected to the internet. Items such as the Supporter pack and the Coin Pass can be restored on a new phone with the same Google Play or App Store account. For refunds, ask the store: Google Play refunds or Apple: report a problem.
I watched an ad and didn't get coins
The reward is given only when the ad finishes. You can watch up to 4 a day. The Coin Pass gives you the same coins without the ads.
Notifications
The game asks before sending any. Turn them on or off in Settings > Notifications. Players 13 to 17 get only friend and daily alerts, never at night. Players under 13 get none.
How do I change my name?
Tap Settings, then your name. Names are 3 to 16 letters, digits, spaces or underscores, and rude ones are blocked.
How do I delete my account?
Settings > Privacy and data > Delete my account and data. More on Delete your account.
Is there real money involved?
No. Batmash is for bragging rights only: no entry fees, no stakes, no cash prizes, and coins can't be cashed out.
Report a player
If a display name or league name is rude, or you think someone is cheating, email support@batmash.com with their name and a challenge, match or league code. For anything that puts a child at risk, see child safety.
